added Parcel Containers, Ore Scanners and Mining Units #96

Added all sizes of Parcel containers, the new ore scanners and mining units. one new sub-component was also added, rare quantum alignment units, which the rare mining unit needs.

Thanks! I'll make a few more updates and then merge this with master and push a new version to the website.
