Add support for meta.track #10

not that I'm aware.

the base for core contributions uses wp_remote_get() to do a search for the username then stores the processed results in a transient.

For clarification 6 years later...this would be for https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/ and would mimic WordPress Core trac.
