sidebar can not be opened when open one single doc #307

Reproduce

  1. set the system default application for markdown as MiaoYan
  2. open anyone doc not in MiaoYan project on the local
  3. input cmd + 1

it will give one message in single open mode, Exit with command Cmd+shift+W

but, we can adjust the window size to make the side bar visible.

  1. move the mouse cursor to the left edge, until the cursor changes to window size change one
  2. keep hold and drag the cursor from left to right
  3. then you will see the sidebar appears.

but i am not sure whether this is expected or not

Thanks for the feedback, this is not what you said was expected, I'll fix this bug
