Allow name of app to use kebab-case style.

Motivation

If the app contains multi words like web maker, Someone like me would prefer to use web-maker as the name of the app.

And web-maker is valid for tauri app naming. Why not disallow it?

Solution

Allowed to use kebab case of naming.
