If spectrometer processing has poor fit and processing is stopped before end, have to restart software for subsequent runs #110

When running the spectrometer processing, if the fit is poor and you stop the processing midway through then restart a different sequence reloading a new directory then that processing run also contains errors (reference doesn't fit the measured). If you close and reopen the software there are no errors with the processing.

I wonder now whether this was related to the previous bug fixes and we can close this issue? @twVolc

It's very likely it's fixed, although I haven't seen this one myself so might jump out in random places. I'll close it for now to be tidy and then if we come back across it we can reopen it.
