Image registration doesn't work, reverts to Villarrica? #117

Running a new registration on data with the latest install shifts the image to strange orientations. Is it trying to shift to the Villarrica data? This is a bug as the same dataset produced a reasonable shift on a previous installation.

This doesn't look like it's reverting to Villarrica so I wonder if it is just that the algorithm is struggling on these images. I've tested with Reventador and it seems to register as expected. Unless it's something to do with the order of things being done.
