There isn't any need to rerun the DOAS FOV search after it has been run once in a processing run, so need to remove the config/GUI options for this, and update the backend code.
Should also rename the option specifying the length of window for the initial DOAS-FOV calibration doas_fov_recal_mins to reflect that it is for the initial calibration only, but this will potentially break backwards compatibility.
