Issue 123/change data save frequency

Closes #123

Data is now saved incrementally. For Emissions and DOAS calibration this is first saved after calibration has been run and the emissions data has been updated, and then saved for each individual time point after that.

For DOAS data this will be saved for each individual point as it's processed.

Testing these changes:

• Single day of data:

  • [x] Doas results equivalent
  • [x] Emission results equivalent

• Two days of data:

  • [x] Doas results day 1 equivalent
  • [x] Doas results day 2 equivalent
  • [x] Emission rate results day 1 equivalent
  • [x] Emission rate results day 2 equivalent

• Four days of data:

  • [x] Runs without throwing errors

Anything else you can think of @tpering & @twVolc ?

Notes:

• Doas results have more rows in the RTP data (maybe related to issue #73), the common rows are identical though
• Small deviations ( >0.1 kg/s and > 0.1m/s) in Emission rates at the beginning of files, but these disappear by the end of the file.
  • Suspect that these are related to missing time points in the data somewhere making the calibration slightly different (discussed previously here)
