Enhancement - manual selection of a time period to process for post-processing (not real-time) #173

At the moment, processing specific snippets of a dataset requires the manual splitting up of the data into separate folders. It would be a useful enhancement to be able to select analysis timeperiod, either "all" or a specific time window. Not a priority, but noting it down.
