Some discrepancies in number of data points when using fixed FOV vs FOV search #94

There is much more discussion on this in #43, and this also probably links to #73 (may even be the same issue really.

@ubdbra001 I would be interested to know if the saved emission rate data also drop these time stamps, or is it only the saved calibration data that are missing?

FOV search and fixed FOV both drop time point in the emission rate output. But the points dropped in the calibration produced by the FOV search are: 16:35:10 and 16:35:15 And the points dropped in the emission data are 16:35:05 and 16:35:10

These points do appear in the emission rate data when using the pre-loaded calibration (despite the fact that the calibration used is generated using FOV search and is missing the time points at 16:35:10 and 16:35:15).
