Comments from Dan (#2): action: propose adding muscleAction instead, and potentially removing the medical sense of 'action' (deprecate). The other sense is served ok by potentialAction already.

seems to reach a conclusion that medical sense of 'action' is deprecated in extension. also follow https://github.com/schemaorg/schemaorg/issues/492
