:VitalSign :subClassOf :PhysicalExam

Suggested

:VitalSign :subClassOf :MedicalSign

Rationale: 'VitalSign' is here defined as a sign not the assessment of the sign. So is fitting well in 'medicalSign' hierarchy and not in 'physicalExam' (which is a medical procedure).
