wont download #252

Is the issue specific to a particular dictionary?  If so, which one? (For
example: DE-EN or German-English).
I dont think so, i would click the download button but it wont start 
downloading,,,,, none of the dictionaries wstart downloading?
What steps will reproduce the problem?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Im using the android 4,4,2
