No response when attempting to download dictionaries #265

Is the issue specific to a particular dictionary?  If so, which one? (For
example: DE-EN or German-English).Applicable to all

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Download dictionary
2.nothing is downloaded
3.

What is the expected output?
Presumably a dictionary would download

What do you see instead?
No response

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version- downloaded this week from Google Play Store.

Please provide any additional information below.  Screenshots can be very
helpful.
