Default Operation Type only possible to define in Partner Form when logged in with delevoper mode #62

When creating a new partner setting the Default Operation Type under Sales & Purchases is only possible if logged in with Developer Mode activated.

Please correct this that this is accessible to users with Manager role for the Inventory module.

Issue resolved on test server (test-caboz.twanda-hosting.ch) but not on new production server (caboz2.twanda-hosting.ch). Please resolve it also on this server.
