What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Can see it in all latest version browsers
2. Sometimes if I hit refresh they sort themselves out, 7 out of 10 times the
page loads wonky. See screen shot linked below or attached.
3. There are scripts for the sites menu system
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what browser and version and
operating system?
Using latest version of PWI - latest browsers.
