Add support for "nav" configuration property #16

I updated my site to use the "nav" property instead of the deprecated "settings". On the way I realised there were some changes I have not suggested yet (single place to define version).

Not sure if you'd want to merge this as is, because I updated the dependencies to the latest versions. Feedback welcome.

FYI: I have tested this PR and it solved and issue of mkdocs-combine not working with a config file that includes nav.
