Updates requirements.txt to properly reflect necessary imports
Fixes imports in txrx/Local.py and GPSVehicle.py
- To fix the issue with Local.py, gui.py has been renamed to gui-eel.py. This will cause issues in main.py with the GPS vehicle code, but that's been commented out and I removed the dependency
Fix get_heading in GPSVehicle.py and use the correctly formatted lat/long values

I will accept this pull request, but leave the branch in case additional fixes are required.
