Update README for GRC/WiME configuration #40

Add intermediate steps to README for opening GRC the first time, running wifi_phy_hier.grc, opening and then closing and reopening wifi_rx.grc etc.

  1. pybombs run gnuradio-companion
  2. Open wifi_phy_hier.grc from <gr38>/src/gr-ieee-80211/examples and run it.
  3. Close GNURadio and relaunch with command from (1) above
  4. Open wifi_loopback.grc from the same directory.
  5. If it runs, you are done. Otherwise, check WiME GitHub for troubleshooting.
