btn sizing

Hello there I am trying to figure out the btn css dimensions rules, can you enlight me on how these values are picked ? when I look at it in the metrics inspector it computes to

• 1px border + 5px padding + 15px l-height + 6px padding + 1px border so the total height is 28px, but the baseline is 18px, hence shouldn't the height of the btn be a multiple to maintain a vertical rhythm ?

I chose those because they felt right. Not everything is perfectly aligned to the baseline and I'm not too convinced we need to do that.
