The bootstrap library should also include icons and/or SVGs for different types of sports. This could be achieved by putting into an icon the basic item/object of that sport like football is for soccer. Here's a list of some trending sports :

@mdo Would love to see some sports-related icons. Two that would be amazingly helpful for me and switch from Font Awesome (as I work a lot on combat sports websites) would be a boxing glove and a luchador mask:
