Food icons #1998

We are missing food icons. There are almost none available. How about :

Lunch
Hamburger (not the "hamburger menu" thank you)
French fries
Pizza / Pizza slice
Sandwich
Salad
Bread
Croissant
Spoon / Fork / Knife / Plate / Cooking tools
Vegetables and Fruits (Tomato, Carrot, Banana, Apple (not the brand), Pear, Lemon, Grapes, etc.)
Meat, Grill, Chicken leg, Sausage, Steak, etc.
Ice cream

This is certainly not an exhaustive list but we should have some at least.
