Added Keywords for Hand Thumbs Up Icon

This PR addresses issue #1991 by adding the keywords 'like' and 'okay' to the hand thumbs up icon metadata.

Changes Made

Updated docs/content/icons/hand-thumbs-up-fill.md and docs/content/icons/hand-thumbs-up.md to include new keywords.
