VSX: Refactor debug properties #34

Debug properties currently support scalar variables and registers. They need to 
support the following:

- Function arguments
- Arrays
- Structures
- Filtering (e.g. registers should not show up in locals window)

This will involve some refactoring of the DebugProperty class.
