NaCl-VSX: NaCl project properties should show property values instead of "final values" #63

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Launch the "experimental hive"
2.  Create a new project and open properties dialog
3.  Try modifying a value that another field depends on

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

You would expect to see both fields change, but the change doesn't seem to 
take, because Visual Studio performs the evaluation of project variables too 
early.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
