Remove tkinter #464

I think I added this a long time ago for plotting examples, which have since been moved to chainsail-resources. Furthermore, this leads to rebuilds of Python 3.8.

Thanks for the review! No, I don't really know why it rebuilds Python 3.8 with that. Only thing I could think about is that tkinter has some system-level dependencies that lead to a non-default Python derivation that is not cached (anymore?) on the binary cache, given that Python 3.8 is a tad old already. But I'm just guessing...

No worries. I was just sating my curiosity and collecting anecdotal evidence about those times when Nix doesn't work as well as one would expect 😄.
