Some transaction inputs are not resolved when pretty-printing #385

An investigation should be conducted to figure out why there are unresolved TxOutRefs sometimes among transaction inputs during pretty printing, and this issue should be fixed

(This is extracted from issue #379 in order to separate concerns: feature request in #379, bug report in this one)
