The multiple Echo tests were used to be split up into a test group to take advantage of parallelism from tasty. We now give it up for now and have QuickCheck sequentially test all cases; the console output is cleaner.
The LeftPad test no longer invokes npm install. We include the node_modules tarball in the tree and use that directly. The point is: npm may be non-existent or inconvenient to call in some cases:
With V8 team's node build, only the node executable is present
Under windows, npm is a batch file and not a proper executable
