What's missing?

based on my https://github.com/GTrunSec/jupyterWith/commit/42ba4fbd6ee92d11211914673794c9fb67ffa96a changes.

We should

only keep self, inputs to the special args
remove most extra Args from kernelArgs
pass the overlay through KernelName
