Big PR, bumping the version to 1.0.0. Hosts monad-bayes website and docs, updates the notebooks, fixes smaller issues.

Just having a fist look - is there a particular reason why you kept .ipynb_checkpoints directories? I usually added them to .gitignore as their content change a lot and no comparison with previous version is needed.
