Give real explanations for NixOS users #21

The current documentation about the NixOS quirk is really vague, it was hard for me to figure what I had to do.

As this is a lab for people new to bazel, it should be straightforward to setup the environment to get started.

I opened this PR a bit too early, the NixOS patch doesn't apply.
