@nicholaides is this separate repo needed? Can we add this to the dotfiles repo? This would remove the need for plugin.vim and the bundles file

The benefit of having it be a separate repo is that people don't have to use our dotfiles to use our .vim. Perhaps that's not really a benefit. Let's discuss in person.
