no remap w #23

This remapping causes a delay of a second or two whenever ':w' is entered into the command row. Any objections to removing it? [edit: 'status bar' -> 'command row'...what's the line under the status bar called?]

+1 this has always bugged me

It seems I'm always just using vi when editing files that require root privileges instead of vim, so looks good to me :+1:
