Ruby toolchain #471

As other language toolchain supports, it is very desirable to support ruby environment provided by nixpkgs by a simple nixpkgs_ruby_configure.

Hi @wavewave, thanks for opening this issue. I agree, it would be nice to support a Ruby toolchain.

I'm not sure we have capacity to work on this right now, but pull requests are always welcome. If you feel like taking this on, let's discuss :slightly_smiling_face:
