Improve UI #6

Need a UX designer to put some polish on it.

Ideas:

Histogram should be a sidebar that changes when you click any book, region, or position. Thus, positions would not expand
Instead of "Loading...," ghost the expanded data so it kind of blurs in from filler text/images.
Colors, typography, etc.

@luiscielak: For the first item, you'll probably only be able to reposition the histogram into a sidebar and change it when you click a position. Generating the histogram when you click a book or region probably requires some heavier calculations.
