Refactor #21

This PR does the below:

Makes Typescript happy
Uses TSDX as a bundler
Uses Parcel for examples
Removes ALL dependencies

What needs to be done:

[ ] test unmounting
[ ] test HMR
[ ] wait for TSDX to upgrade to Typescript 4
[ ] add MonitorPane
[x] add container option

Breaking changes

User needs to install tweak pane separately:

yarn add tweakpane use-tweaks
