This is based on #17, which needs to be merged first. Also:

It introduced new properties and a new reasoning that need to be propagated to tracker-wiki and CLI.
The reasonings currently link to an issue. This is awaiting a resolution to the discussion I started in https://github.com/tweaselORG/meta/issues/3#issuecomment-1682038715.

Edit by @zner0L: This is now also based in #54. Please merge that one first as well.
