Per-project "print margin columns" #59

It would be very useful to allow setting the value of "Print margin columns" 
per project.

I work on several projects which do not share the same codding standards and a 
feature like this would greatly simplify my eclipse usage.

Please try to use per-project formatter - this is at least possible for Java 
files. AnyEdit does not have possibility to change editor formatting rules, 
neither I would start an attempt to provide such functionality as an add-on for 
every text editor.

If you have time, you could contribute a patch, otherwise please file exactly 
this enhancement request directly to the Eclipse bugzilla database.

I will close this issue as "Wont fix", sorry.
