Import selected .wst file

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select a .wst file in the Navigator or Package Explorer view.
2. Right-click and select Import...
3. Select the General > Working Sets wizard

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would now expect the wizard to already have the path to the selected .wst 
file filled in and import it if I click Finish.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? OS X. Any 
Edit 2.4.0.201101292156.
