What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I'd like to ignore comments while comparing 2 sources as I already can ignore 
spaces.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Anyedit : 2.4.3.201211022220
Eclipse : 3.6.2
Windows 7

Please open an enhancement request for Eclipse compare component, AnyEdit just 
reuses it.

Closing as invalid (not AnyEdit).

Sorry Andrey but I don't see how to create an "enhancement" instead of an
"issue".
I only see a button "New issue".

Go to https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/
Click on "File a bug"
The bug is agains Eclipse project / "compare" component
In the bug severity field you select "enhancement".
