By the way, the format for the hash is #year-month-challenge Example: #2023-dec-1 If something is invalid, it should remove it and whatever comes after. (This means, if we have like #2023-idk-1 it will change it to #2023 because idk is invalid.)

[!IMPORTANT] After merging this, the yearSelect(), monthSelect(), and challengeSelect() functions will take one more parameter, true or false (as a boolean) and will specify whether the function should modify the hash. This is to prevent some bugs. It should always be true unless the function was called in a hash related function.
