Sample Data flash when signing in

Current Behavior

When signing in, the navbar briefly displays random data (fake object and workspace name) when loading (0:01s). The noisy background also flash

Desired Behavior

The skeleton should remain visible until the workspace data is fully loaded. Remove the noisy background flash
