Table Deselect doesn't work as expected #8665

Bug Description

The "Deselect All" button in any table only works correctly when all rows are selected; otherwise, pressing it will select all rows instead.
Steps:
1. Select a few rows.
2. Press [-]

Expected behavior

When deselect button is pressed deselect, current selected rows.
