Store displays maintenance message when logged in as Admin after installing VQMOD 2.2 on OpenCart 1.5.5.1 #72

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install or upgrade to OpenCart version 1.5.5.1
2. In Admin->System->Settings->Server put store in Maintenance Mode.
3. Visit the store page while logged in as Admin, and the site displays for 
Admin; log out and the store page displays the maintenance message
4. Install VQMOD version 2.2

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Store always displays the maintenance message, even when logged in as Admin

vQmod Version: 2.2 OpenCart
Server Operating System: Linux shared hosting with cPanel

Please provide any additional information below.

Well the first thing to note is that you need to upgrade your vQmod. The second 
is that this isn't a vQmod engine issue and as such is going to be marked as 
invalid. This will be a mod issue if anything

Apologies, my issues did appear to be related to cookies from the live and dev 
sites, removing them solved the problem. As alluded to in the OC upgrade.txt, 
even mentioning VQMOD.
