Processing target file with multiple .xmls, one of them contains target file mask #92

Trying to process example.php with patch1.xml and patch2.xml.

patch1.xml contains file name example.php
patch2.xml contains file mask *.php

Result - as I have noticed only modifications with file full name applied. 
Modifications with file mask were ignored. Vqmod cache file confirms it.

May be there is a priority how vqmod processes xml files? Is it possible to 
apply both of these modifications?

Noticed on Opencart's OcStore 1.5.4.1

Both of these get processed, however the wildcard files get processed second if 
I remember correctly
