Internal server error - HELP!! #93

MODIFICATIONS CONTACT YOUR DEVELOPER

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Follow install guide http://code.google.com/p/vqmod/wiki/Install_OpenCart
2.open www.spyposen.no/vqmod/install
3.refresh webpage www.spyposen.no

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output: To see my store
What did I get:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to 
complete your request.

time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused 
the error.

vQmod Version:2.3.2
Server Operating System: hosted webserver, mysql

Please provide any additional information below.
I can't access my Opencart admin panel to run a restore, so I'm stuck
Please help, all I get whet I go to my store www.spyposen.no is the error 
message

This is due to your server being poorly configured. The way to resolve it will 
be to remove the .htaccess file from the /vqmod/ folder

Deleted the file, but still no acsess. The same error msg. appars

Then it's either not vQmod or you've got invalid permissions on the files. 
Contact your hosting. This is an error that APACHE (your webserver) throws so 
it's a configuration issue not a vQmod specific one

Is there some way to uninstall vQmod form the files menu? I got access on the 
FTP server, just not the control panel.

Or is it to integrated in the files when it's first installed?
