Point coordinate index array in examples contains too many values #30

@hrajagers pointed out there are too many coordinate index values in the point CDL examples. This indicates an issue with the Python reference implementation.

I don't think so. Leave it open please. I'm not planning on modifications due to the constant spec flux.

I expect to resolve this when I migrate the Python code to the bounds approach.
