Should we use this wiki page: https://github.com/bekozi/netCDF-CF-simple-geometry/wiki/VLEN-Arrays-in-NetCDF-3 conceptually or otherwise?

How about we mark it as deprecated and keep it around? If we have a page that describes how we arrived at our simple geometry strategy, we can mention that we considered other VLEN approaches for netCDF 3 (link) but decided to stay close to the DSG CRA approach for consistency.
