Replace charts with billboard.js #4

Having tested both HighCharts and Frappe Charts, I think I'd prefer something based on d3js that is possible to use quicker before I have time to learn d3.

HighCharts doesb't use svg as default and Frappe Charts has a couple of annoying overflow bugs in legend (and it is not using entire chart width)
