Add a confirmation of damage dealt to monsters #30

There's no feedback from the damage dialog when used on a monster, which makes the GM have to pull up each enemy's sheet to see their totals and make sure the damage actually recorded. (It does, but would be nice to see a notification confirming how much is left w/o needing to open the sheet)

Added in v0.13.20 but would be nice to have more detail in next full release.
